Founded almost twenty-five years ago, TTC emerged from a collective ambition to decode the forces shaping tomorrow’s world. Our founding principle is unequivocal: to understand tomorrow, so we can guide organisations in delivering exceptional shared value and impact, thereby creating a better working world today - a vision that inspired our name.

In our early days, the internet was new and we quickly recognised technology's transformative potential - how it was reshaping the potential to change the way people lived, worked, and played. Eager to play a proactive role in the digital revolution, TTC pioneered the virtual company model from the start, a path we continue to tread, having never operated from a physical office.
Our journey has been defined by innovation, particularly our embrace of holacracy. At TTC, we've replaced traditional management
hierarchies with a culture of autonomy and collaboration. Team members have the freedom to select their projects, who they work with, set their schedules, and choose their work locations.
This absence of conventional management, coupled with trust, respect for the individual, and a commitment to our team and clients, has enabled our successful operation.
As our clients adapted to new ways of working, and when Covid-19 arrived (something we'd predicted as a disruptive trend), we welcomed them to our virtual way of working, sharing two decades' worth of expertise in running a business remotely.

Our conviction is that a small group of thoughtful, committed individuals can indeed change the world - history has proven this time and again.
